School colours – red and grey
These were adopted by the Governors after consultation with parents. No specific garments are required. Sweatshirts, cardigans, t-shirts and polo shirts with the school logo can be bought at the school office. The choice of dress you choose for your child is yours but we do ask you to remember that he/she is "at work". He/she will find it difficult to write with bulky turn ups on cuffs and will be unable to concentrate when desperate to keep clean. Remember also the times in the playground when a coat will be needed. Shoes should be suitable for the weather and for running around at playtime. No high heels please!
It is a great help to teachers and gives confidence to the child, if he/she can manage as much of his/her own clothing as possible – zips, buttons etc. If children wear boots to walk to school in winter they do need another pair of shoes, trainers or plimsolls to change into in school.
PLEASE NAME ANY ITEM THAT YOUR CHILD MAY LEAVE LYING ABOUT, especially plimsolls, wellington boots, coats, jumpers and cardigans which look so much alike
